HR-EV (3E - Ecological, Economical, Effective)
"3E" is a standard petrol car Honda HR-V of the year 1999, converted into purely electric vehicle. Project's working title was "HR-EV", where EV reflected Electric Vehicle. It is a first electric vehicle officially registered (October 19, 2010) as street legal in Lithuania. This car is now being used for everyday driving around Vilnius city.
Main features of electric vehicle:
- Motor type: series-wound DC motor.
- Motor power: 70 kW peak.
- Battery: 45 pcs. series LiFePO4 90 Ah cells, 144 V, 13 kWh.
- Range: 70 km in city.
- Full charge: 4 hours from 16 Amp (220V) AC line; max 8 hrs from 10 Amp household AC line.
- Maximum speed: up to 160 km/h.
- Acceleration: 14 seconds to 100 km/h.
- Total weight: 1230 kg (1180 kg before conversion).

Electric scooter
It is a standard petrol scooter Peugeot Jet Force 50 (carburetor) of the year 2007, converted into purely electric vehicle. This scooter was made for proof of concept, special BMS and engine were designed and manufactured. Now is in process of registering. We hope it will be the first street legal electric scooter in our country.
Main features of electric scooter:
- Motor type: three-phase synchronous with permanent magnets (BLDC).
- Motor power: 7 kW peak, legally limited to 4 kW.
- Concept battery: 16 pcs. series LiFePO4 (A123) 20Ah cells, 53V, 1 kWh.
- Planned battery: 4 kWh LiFePO4, 53V.
- Range: up to 90 km in city (with planned battery).
- Full charge for planned battery: 20 minutes with fast charge station; 90 minutes from 16 Amp (220V) household AC line.
- Maximum speed: 85 km/h, legally limited to 45 km/h.
- Weight: 110 kg (125 kg before conversion).
